A bit about me...

​

I grew up in Ontario Canada, near the Great Lakes and now live in beautiful British Columbia. I am grateful and privileged to live where I do. Nature has been and continues to be a source of nourishment  for all aspects of who I am.  

I have been an Educator for most of my life, having taught over 10,000 hours, teaching Drama, training professional actors, designing and implementing Workshops that support creatives. I have my BFA in Performance from Ryerson University, studied Creativity Coaching with Eric Maisel and received full Certification as a Professional Personal Coach from CTI. 

I’ve  been long interested in human behaviour, emotions and the mind studying anthropology and psychology, meditation and most recently delving into Jungian oriented Art Therapy.

My focus is to continue to offer services as a Professional Personal Coach, hold trainings and develop Workshops for performers and creatives.
